Our Mission

Dancing with the Doctors upholds the passion of the artists in the medical community, integrating the poetry of the feet to the devotion in their hearts to come together for a greater cause. They dedicate their time efforts and have put their hearts into this venture. We call upon our colleagues, friends and sponsors to rally together for the future of our community and for the kids and youth programs.

Through all of your support over the past year DWTD raised well above 100,000 dollars for the kids locally. Our past beneficiaries include the Munroe Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, YMCA and Drayton Florence Foundation.

DWTD is well represented regionally and nationally through its sponsorships of UCWDC Country Dance World Championships held at Walt Disney Resorts 2011-2012 and many regional events throughout the state of Florida. We are proud supporters/sponsors of the American Cancer Society, Ocala Royal Dames for Cancer Research, We Care Ocala, American Heart Association, Boys and Girls Club, The YMCA, youth programs of the Ocala Police Department, Drayton Florence Foundation and Munroe Foundation.
